Service Provide Partner Program Details

Service Provider partners must have competencies in any of the following: managed services, hosting, internet, services, networking, security, client management, IT outsourcing, premise equipment and technology leadership.

To become a Desktone service provider partner, you must have:

  • Established data center infrastructure and real estate investments
  • Proven ability to manage hosted desktop environments from a single point of contact regionally and/or globally
  • Enterprise to mid-size customer base
  • Commitment to product management, marketing, sales, data center and funding resources for the partnership

Desktone Service Provider Program partners need to fulfill these requirements:

  • Assigned resources to participate in beta, trials and product collaboration and hosted demo and pilot system
  • Signed Desktone Service Provider Partner Agreement
  • Approved funded project and executive sponsorship
  • Assigned project management, marketing resources and budget
  • Joint Business Plan in place to launch, sell and deliver desktops as a service based on the Virtual-D Platform
  • Revenue commitments
  • Technical and sales training
  • Customer success stories participation
  • Public support statement focused on servicing end customers
  • Service offering on partner's web site with Desktone branding
