To become a Desktone service provider partner, you must have:
- CAPEX budget required to host a minimum of 1,000 desktops
- Established data center infrastructure and real estate investments
- Proven ability to manage hosted desktop environments
- Enterprise to mid-size customer base
- Commitment to product management, marketing, sales, data center and funding resources for the partnership
Desktone Service Provider Program partners need to fulfill these requirements:
- Signed Desktone Service Provider Partner Agreement
- Assigned project management, marketing resources and budget
- Joint Business Plan in place to launch, sell and deliver desktops as a service based on the Virtual-D Platform
- Revenue commitments
- Technical and sales training
- Customer success stories participation
- Public support statement focused on servicing end customers
- Service offering on partner's web site with Desktone branding
- Assigned resources to participate in beta, trials and product collaboration and hosted demo and pilot system
